Important points to consider when registering

Always discuss your complaints with your GP

C-support provides information and advice. We do not diagnose or offer medical treatment. Therefore, always discuss your symptoms with your doctor.

Registration procedure

Once you have registered with us, an appointment will be made for the information and advice meeting.

We will try to reach you at the phone number you provided (also via WhatsApp) and email address. We will always call from an anonymous number. If we are unable to reach you in these three ways, we will close the case. You can always contact us again at 073 – 4400 440.

Youth registration

For all patients aged 12 years and older, we require patient consent for both registration and speaking. over the patient.

For all patients under the age of 16, we require permission from one of the parents for both registration and speaking. with the patient.

Waiting times after registration

The waiting time for the information and advice meeting is approximately 4 weeks.

Waiting times for follow-up questions after the consultation:
– Aftercare advisor: +/- 2 weeks
– Medical advisor: +/- 6 weeks
– Labor expert or lawyer: +/- 3 weeks

 

Information and advice meeting
After registering, a staff member will call you for an informational and advisory meeting. We'll discuss your complaints and the impact on your health, social life, work, and income.
Consultancy
We truly listen to you. The information and consultation can last from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on your personal situation.
Appropriate solution
Perhaps our information and advice have helped you enough. But you may also have more questions.
Aftercare advisor
An aftercare advisor will call you to discuss what you need to improve your situation. They will help you get started or refer you to others.
Call in experts
The aftercare advisor will consult with our experts, such as a medical advisor, occupational health expert, or lawyer. They will also refer you to general healthcare and support providers.
New questions
If you have a new question or problem in the future, please contact us and an aftercare advisor will help you get back on track.

Long-term complaints after vaccination

Information and advice meeting

During the information and advice meeting can not be purchased the following topics will be discussed:

  • your medical history (do you have any other conditions, are you taking medication and/or supplements);
  • what help did you have;
  • your physical and mental health;
  • lifestyle and eating habits;
  • relationships, family and friends;
  • activities of daily living;
  • your work and financial situation;
  • what you are up against;
  • whatever you think is necessary to help you properly.

Tips:

  • Write down the most important questions so you don't forget to ask them.
  • Keep a pen and paper handy to take notes for yourself. You will receive a report of the conversation in your online file in Solvio.

No, you do not pay any costs for the assistance you receive from C-support. If your aftercare advisor recommends occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or other treatments, always contact your health insurer. They can tell you more about the reimbursements you receive for specific care.

You can register with C-support if you still have symptoms three months or longer after your coronavirus infection or vaccination. These symptoms vary widely. Some people are mainly tired or have difficulty concentrating. But physical complaints such as headaches, muscle pain, joint pain, and shortness of breath are also common. Or mental complaints such as anxiety and depression. We also see problems at work, for example because people have to return to work too soon. Or precisely because they have been ill for a year or longer and are consequently facing financial difficulties. We look at all the consequences of the symptoms you are experiencing. And what is needed to improve your situation.

C-support and (care) professionals

C-support works according to the C-support model. Attention is paid to the long-term consequences of COVID-19 on all areas of life. We do not only focus on patient care. Research and training of (care) professionals are also part of good aftercare.
