For everyone who is registered with C-support, an electronic patient file is created in Solvio. This is a secure online environment where you can log in. Here you will find your online file with your data and conversation reports. Do you have any questions? You can easily and quickly ask them via your online file in Solvio. We will answer your questions and schedule an appointment with you, if necessary. This is also possible via video calling in Solvio. You can also share information with us, for example by adding documents yourself.
Because it is not easy for everyone to log in and communicate via Solvio, we have renewed the manuals. Step by step you will find explanations about all the possibilities of this program. There is also a separate manual for mobile devices (phone and tablet). Please note: Solvio works easiest on a PC or laptop.
