Invitation for professionals
In the Netherlands, an estimated 90.000* people have serious limitations due to post-COVID. The nature, duration and severity of the health complaints vary from patient to patient. The impact of the complaints on people and society is great. Patients have to deal with many different care providers and institutions. Not every (care) professional is sufficiently familiar with post-COVID. The coordination between the different parties is not always optimal and patients often have to take control themselves. In short, post-COVID care can and must be improved.
Who can participate?
Are you involved in post-COVID care as a professional? Do you have ideas on how this care can be improved? Participate in the 'Post-COVID care' study that Erasmus MC is conducting on behalf of C-support. In addition to healthcare and care providers, we also invite policymakers and health insurers to participate.
How can you participate?
By completing a questionnaire before December 15. Completing the questionnaire takes 20-30 minutes. After four months, you will receive an invitation for a second questionnaire. It is important that you complete this as well. We expect that after this period, consensus will have been reached on what is needed to improve post-COVID care.
