Online file in Solvio

Solvio is a secure online environment where you can log in. Here you'll find your online file with your information and meeting reports. Do you have any questions? You can easily and quickly submit them through your online file in Solvio. We'll answer your questions and schedule an appointment with you if necessary. You can also share information with us, for example, by adding documents yourself.

1. Before your appointment with an aftercare advisor, you will receive an email from Solvio. Use this email to create an account by clicking the "Activate" button. Please note: This link is valid for 14 days. This email may end up in your spam folder.
2. You enter your date of birth.
3. In the login details you choose a password. Your username is your email address by default. You can change your username if you want. Remember your username and password well, you will use them to log in to Solvio from now on.
4. As an extra security measure, you will receive a personal code, the verification code. You choose how you want to receive this code, via email or a special app. You enter the verification code in Solvio and click on the 'Verify' button. Every time you log in to Solvio, you will receive a new verification code.
5. You have now created an account and are logged in. You can view, change and add your details if necessary. Or ask questions to an aftercare advisor.

Aftercare advisors and patient contact & information can view and supplement data in addition to yourself. Are you also receiving help from a medical advisor or occupational expert from C-support? Then they can also view your data. Other external parties, such as your GP, company doctor or employer, cannot view your data. This is only possible if you give permission for this yourself.

C-support pays the utmost attention and care to the data and information included in the patient file and the interview reports. However, it is not impossible that inaccuracies and imperfections occur. C-support excludes all liability for (alleged) damage as a result of inaccuracies or imperfections in patient files and/or interview reports, or as a result of or in connection with the use or distribution of the data and information. The information and data included in interview reports and/or patient files are only for advice and no further rights can be derived from them.

We have created manuals for you for the operation of the online environment in Solvio. Both for PC and mobile devices (phone and tablet). Solvio works best on laptop or PC.
