C-support's aftercare advisors work throughout the Netherlands. They are the first point of contact for patients. If necessary, the aftercare advisor will consult with a medical advisor for consultation or to provide additional support. The aftercare advisor can also consult with other experts, such as occupational health professionals, financial advisors, and legal experts. Our medical advisors and aftercare advisors also provide training and further training for (healthcare) professionals. They also contribute to research on (the consequences of) COVID-19.
A team of professionals surrounds the aftercare advisors and medical advisors: project leaders and employees, secretariat, communication, finance, HR, data analysts and facilities.
