Plan of Action – C-support

Covid-19 is a disease with unknown consequences. Aftercare will be a learning process for all parties involved. C-support follows the course that was previously followed with regard to Q fever. Step by step, create a network within and outside the regular facilities in which integrated care is organized with and for the patient.
