Rob Raaijmakers has joined the Supervisory Board of Q-support and C-support. His focus is on social entrepreneurship.
Rob worked for many years at the health insurer CZ as a manager of disability care, where he also established the patient participation department. As a result, he is well-versed in translating the needs of patients and other stakeholders into a goal-oriented, efficient, and sustainable organization. Rob has extensive experience in the national arena of politics and administration and has a strong network. Currently, Rob is active as an independent consultant at his own organization, RRmakers, where he advises organizations on healthcare and innovation, among other areas. His mission is to ensure that the work of our organization and the needs of patients are heard at the table where important decisions are made.
After an extensive application process that included the MT, Works Council, and PEP, Rob was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board, focusing on Social Entrepreneurship. This meant that during the recruitment process, we deliberately sought someone with extensive experience in social innovation and organizational development, who was familiar with public-private partnerships and had knowledge of various financing methods. It was also important that the new Supervisory Board member had a good understanding of social entrepreneurship. In Rob Raaijmakers, we found exactly the person we were looking for.
