C-support and Q-support start the new participation process Step Forward For people with post-COVID-19 symptoms, Q fever, or post-COVID-19 vaccination symptoms. This program supports people who, after receiving their WIA (Work and Income according to Capacity for Work) order, want to explore how they can participate more fully in society within their capabilities.
In total you can 80 patients participate. For six months, they receive intensive guidance from a personal case manager, including conversations to assess their situation and support needs and work toward achievable goals. Where necessary, they collaborate with family members and (healthcare) professionals, and there's a focus on sharing knowledge about the condition.
Participants complete a short questionnaire at the beginning and end of the program. The results are used to set personal goals and provide insight into their progress. After the program is evaluated, recommendations are submitted to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment on optimizing participation and reintegration programs.
Registration is no longer possible.
Participants will receive at the latest February 27 message whether they can participate.
