Shipping period: August 24 to September 5 at the latest
Starting Monday, August 24, patients with post-COVID, long-term symptoms following COVID-19 vaccination, Q fever fatigue syndrome (QFS), and chronic Q fever will receive an invitation to complete the Personal Overview & Data Collection questionnaire . The invitation will be sent to everyone aged 16 and older with an open file at C-support or Q-support residing in the Netherlands.
With this new and short questionnaire, participants have the opportunity to receive a personal overview. This overview provides insight into the progression of symptoms, their impact on daily life, and healthcare utilization. After completion, the personal overview becomes available in Solvio, the secure online environment of C-support and Q-support. Patients use the personal overview to explain their situation to healthcare providers, the company doctor, colleagues, friends, and family.
In addition, the collected data contribute to increased knowledge about long-term conditions such as post-COVID, symptoms after vaccination, QVS, and chronic Q fever. With these insights, care and support can be further improved, and current knowledge can be shared with healthcare professionals. Data will only be coded and used anonymously for future scientific research with the consent of the participants.
