C- and Q-support organize small-scale thematic meetings for patients who have recently registered with us. In a small group of up to six participants, you will receive an explanation of a specific topic from an aftercare advisor. This was discussed with you during the conversation you had with us after registration.
Content of the 'Preparing for Conversations' meeting
After reporting sick, you will have various conversations. With your employer, the company doctor, an occupational expert, and an insurance doctor. In this meeting, we will give you tips on how to conduct these conversations and what to keep in mind when preparing for them.
In this thematic meeting, we will address topics such as:
- The Gatekeeper Improvement Act in focus
- The conversation with the employer + tips
- The conversation with the company doctor + tips
- The conversation with an occupational expert after 1 year of illness + tips
- The conversation with the UWV insurance doctor + tips
- The conversation with the UWV employment expert + tips

There is an opportunity to ask general questions. Please note that we cannot address individual requests for assistance during this meeting. Where necessary, we will be happy to guide you to a suitable follow-up.
