Ton Hanselaar joined the Supervisory Board of Q-support and C-support on March 1st. His area of expertise is Healthcare Practice.
Based on his expertise and background, the Supervisory Board, after a comprehensive application process involving the MT, the Works Council, and the PEP, selected Ton Hanselaar as the new Supervisory Board member. He has broad and deep experience in healthcare organizations. Furthermore, his expertise in value-based care, his administrative and supervisory experience, and his ability to think from the perspective of content, quality, and patient value align well with the future direction of Q&C Support. With this background and independent perspective, Ton brings precisely the combination of experience, strategic insight, and healthcare expertise that we value.
In the 90s, Ton was an associate professor and head of the cytopathology laboratory at Radboud University Nijmegen. He subsequently became a director of the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF Kankerbestrijding). He later served as chairman of the board of Pantein and Syntein.
Hester Rippen, Chair of the Supervisory Board: "The challenges Q-support and C-support are currently facing and the direction we need to take require supervisors who understand both healthcare practice and the administrative context. With Ton on board, we strengthen this combination."
