'Together for rehabilitation after corona' was the theme of the Webinar that took place on July 8, 2021. Samergo, LEF010 and C-support joined forces and showed an information film about the organization of COVID aftercare in primary care and the role of C-support in this. The film provides information about how support can be provided if a patient has persistent complaints after a COVID infection.

Although the film paints a picture of primary care in Rotterdam and the surrounding area, the information is important for every COVID patient, healthcare providers around the COVID patient and other stakeholders throughout the Netherlands. There are still patients who do not receive timely support in their recovery. Especially patients who have had the disease at home sometimes get stuck and have difficulty finding their way to available and appropriate support.

The role of the GP as a referrer and timely identification of the problem is crucial in providing the right care after COVID.
