The post-COVID care pathway in the Nijmegen region will end on 1 January 2025. To this end, the collaborating parties Coöperatie Fysiotherapeuten Nijmegen, NEO Huisartsenzorg, Radboudumc and CWZ have had to decide. Finding structural financing and securing this care pathway, despite the good cooperation and best intentions of all parties, appears to be too complex to continue in this way. Treatment for patients in primary care will continue to exist, the accompanying coordination will be taken up by the general practitioner.
