Q-support and C-support depend on subsidies from the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. Although funding is available for 2027, it remains unclear what this means for our support and what is expected of us in return. Moreover, the funding is for a single year and is much lower than in previous years.
This means that we would have to make drastic adjustments to our support in the short term and then still have to scale it down. Due to this combination of uncertainty, limited time, and lower funding, we cannot responsibly continue our support. We would then be unable to provide what patients and professionals need: clarity and support they can count on.
As an organization, we also have obligations towards employees, ongoing projects, contracts, systems, and files to deal with. A careful winding down takes time.
Therefore, we have now had to make the difficult decision to discontinue the services of Q-support and C-support at the end of 2026.
