You can continue to use, view, and download or print reports from your file in the usual way. Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to download your entire file at once; we are working on a solution to make this possible. From November 1st, the option to download the entire file from Solvio will become available. If you wish, you can share your data yourself with a healthcare provider or other involved parties. At the end of the year, we will ensure a careful closure of your file, in accordance with GDPR guidelines. You will receive more information about the closing of your file no later than October.
