What C-support can do for patients:
- We offer people with post-COVID or post-vaccination complaints advice and support in dealing with the consequences of the condition. These patients can come to us with questions about physical and mental well-being, work and income, education and social participation.
- We discuss with a patient how we can best help.
- We offer personal advice about a patient's individual situation.
- We offer recognition and recognition and help patients find recognition from professionals and institutions.
- We help patients find their way within the regular range of services, from (para)medical care to legal assistance and debt counselling.
- Where the regular offering is not sufficient, we strive for a tailor-made solution.
- We advise patients when applying for an indication, reimbursement or referral.
- We provide medical, occupational health and employment law advice.
- We connect parties for an integrated approach to the problem.
- We help patients find recognition from professionals and institutions.
- We encourage cooperation and coordination between network partners
- We offer more than 35.000 professionals per year (further) training and webinars on post-infectious diseases so that they can recognize complaints better and earlier.
- We encourage and advise on research into post-infectious diseases.
What C-support does not do:
- We do not offer treatments.
- We do not offer financial support.
- We do not provide administrative support.
- We do not provide reimbursements that allow patients to purchase care themselves.
- We do not act on behalf of the patient in objection procedures.
- We do not offer advocacy. This is a role of the patient organizations.
- It is not our task to register all people with post-COVID or post-vaccination complaints.
