About the organisation
Day in, day out, Q-support and C-support are committed to people with long-term complaints after an infection with Q fever, COVID-19 or COVID-19 vaccination. We provide advice and support in all areas affected by the conditions: medical, psychosocial, work and income. In addition, we share our knowledge with healthcare providers and other professionals in order to improve the care for these patients. We also stimulate research into these conditions.
We are an informal organization with short lines. More than 120 colleagues spread across the country work with heart and soul every day to improve the situation of these patients with long-term complaints.
About the feature
As a patient and management support employee, you work with two other colleagues to support patients and the management team. The department also offers support to the entire staff of approximately twenty employees. You are a stable factor within the team and have a broad secretarial, administrative and supporting role. You enjoy keeping multiple balls in the air and you are good at relieving the burden on your colleagues. You are reliable in this and ensure that all supporting activities run smoothly.
Your duties as a patient and management support employee include:
• Answering telephone calls, emails and messages via other channels from patients, their families or their referrers (specialists);
• Act as the first point of contact for patients;
• Providing general information regarding the working methods of Q and C support, the registration process and referral to the correct substantive department (Aftercare Advisor or Medical Advisor)
• Email and calendar management;
• Taking minutes of various forms of consultation, including MT, Works Council and Supervisory Board;
• Planning internal and external appointments;
• Drafting correspondence;
• Administrative support for MT members;
• Reception of guests.
About you
You are honest, accurate, flexible and representative. You work in a structured and pragmatic way and know how to maintain an overview. You know how to deal with confidential information. You are a real team player and get energy from the dynamics of a changing organization. You are also available for 32 - 36 hours per week. Working hours are from 8.30:17.00 to 13.00:XNUMX and on Fridays until XNUMX:XNUMX. We can agree on working days in consultation, whereby Friday morning is part of your regular working day.
In addition:
• Do you have an MBO+ diploma in an administrative or secretarial field (and/or demonstrable working and thinking level);
• Do you have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written?
• Do you have extensive experience with Microsoft Office;
• Do you have at least 3 years of work experience as a secretary or management assistant;
• Are you patient and can you deal with emotional stories from patients;
• Do you work in a structured manner and can you set priorities?
• You preferably have a valid first aid diploma or are willing to obtain one;
• Do you preferably have experience or an affinity with working with meeting tools and innovative solutions that make work easier?
• Do you have an affinity with our target group?

• Temporary employment contract for 1 year, with the prospect of extension;
• Full-time salary between € 3.026 and € 4.523 gross per month (based on a 36-hour working week, scale 7 CAO Social Work);
• An individual choice budget of approximately 19%, of which 8% is holiday pay and
8,3% end-of-year bonus;
• A good leave arrangement;
• Possibility to follow a training course.
